Reader reviews let visitors share their own experience with the supplements and ingredients we cover. These guidelines explain what we publish, what we remove and how we handle your details.

What we publish

• Reviews written by the person who used the product or ingredient, describing their own experience.
• Positive, mixed and negative reviews alike. We never remove or hide a review because of its star rating or because it is critical of a product.
• The star rating, review title, review text, the public name you choose and the date.

What we remove

• Spam, advertising, links and reviews written for or by a brand, seller or affiliate without saying so.
• Reviews that are offensive, harassing or discriminatory.
• Personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses or health details about other people.
• Statements that a product treats, cures or prevents a disease, and dosing advice that could put someone at risk.
• Reviews that are clearly not about the product or ingredient on the page, or duplicates.

If part of a review breaks these rules, we may reject the whole review rather than edit your words. We do not rewrite reviews.

How moderation works

Every review is checked by our team before it appears. This usually takes a few days. We do not verify purchases, and each review is labeled “Purchase not verified”. CapsReview does not pay for reviews, and brands cannot submit, edit or remove them. If you received a product for free or were paid to try it, please say so in your review.

Reader reviews are not medical advice

Reviews reflect individual experiences, which vary from person to person. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Our own scores are based on ingredient research, label transparency, value and refund terms, and are not calculated from reader reviews. See how we review.

Your email, phone number and marketing choices

We ask for your email and phone number so we can contact you about your review if needed and to reduce spam. They are never shown on the site. Marketing emails and text messages are separate, optional choices on the form; you can submit a review without agreeing to either, and you can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to any text). Changes and removal requests

To ask us to remove your review or your details, or to report a review that breaks these guidelines, email contact@capsreview.com with the page and the name shown on the review.
